Terms of Service
These terms cover two things: your use of P777 Sport itself (the news, previews and betting guides on this site), and, since every "Register & Bet Now" button here hands off to our betting partner Panas777, the account terms that apply once you register and play on their platform. By using this site or registering through it, you agree to both.
1. Account Registration
Registering an account requires accurate personal information and confirmation that you are at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential, and providing false registration information can result in account suspension or termination.
2. User Responsibility
Accounts are for personal entertainment only. Fraudulent or illegal activity of any kind is prohibited, and you are responsible for every transaction made on your account, including deposits and withdrawals made through supported e-wallets and other payment methods.
3. Account Suspension and Termination
Accounts that violate these terms, are suspected of fraud, or are created as duplicates to exploit bonus offers may be suspended or terminated. A suspended account may have its balance frozen and any related winnings withheld pending review.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Transactions are processed through the payment methods available on the platform at the time. Withdrawals are generally returned through the same method used to deposit, and additional verification may be required for larger transactions. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside our control and outside our responsibility.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
Each player is entitled to one bonus per promotion unless a specific offer states otherwise, and any applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting to claim the same offer twice, results in forfeiture of the related winnings and can lead to account suspension.
6. Fair Play and Anti-Cheating Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward cheating, collusion, or any form of game manipulation. Detected cheating results in fund freezing, confiscation of related winnings, and a permanent ban from the platform.
7. Responsible Gaming
Players can request deposit limits, betting restrictions, or full self-exclusion at any time. See our Responsible Gambling page for the full set of tools, plus independent support resources including Gamblers Anonymous and BeGambleAware.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data submitted during registration and account use is stored securely and encrypted. It is only shared where legally required or where necessary to verify a payment. See our Privacy Policy for how P777 Sport itself handles data collected on this site.
9. Liability and Disclaimer
We are not liable for losses arising from technical errors, service interruptions, payment delays, or other issues outside our reasonable control. Editorial content on P777 Sport, including previews, guides and betting angles, is informational and does not guarantee any outcome.
10. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time at our discretion. Continued use of P777 Sport or the linked betting platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are adapted from our partner Panas777's published terms to accurately reflect the account rules that actually apply once you register through this site. They are not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal review; have the final wording confirmed by qualified legal counsel before operating this site commercially.
